..this mastermind was rich in rare leadership knowledge . I discovered myself through the DISC consultation. I managed to gain confidence in my problem-solving ability. I changed my leadership approach after these 7 weeks of the mastermind. Now I don't fear problem-solving inside or outside the office. My key takeaway is that the quickest way to gain leadership is through problem solving.
