Growth Hour Series

We focus a lot of training on training of Managers and forget the real movers of the “Engine”. Growth Hour Series is a one-hour Monthly session targeting the rest of the staff who may not be included in formal trainings. Topics are agreed upon with the Organization to ensure strategic messages are cascaded down to the last man.

The ‘Growth Hour’ topics are designed to drive the right Culture throughout the organization. Delivery Tools include summarized soft copy notes, interactive exercises and videos to drive commitment to change.
