Youth level-up series

Succession planning has been a challenge in many organizations, particularly because, existing Leaders are not grooming staff to take up new opportunities or vacancies that present themselves due to voluntary or involuntary exits.

We believe that leadership and personal growth skills need to be imparted in the ‘Sunrise” years.

Ortus Youth Level-up program is designed for Young aspiring Leaders focused on achieving meaningful success between the ages of 16 to 28.  These are people who are at entry level in employment as well as those near University Entry or in University and are willing to take control of their personal growth and learn leadership skills at an early age.

The aim of the program is to have future-ready, values-based leaders to lead organizations and the country.
