The Sales Essentials Safari is aimed at elevating the sales function in the organization by creating awareness and demonstrating the critical role the function plays in the organization. We help the Sales team see the big picture and how their role contributes to the survival of the business.
The Safari is structured to build the confidence, professionalism and pride of the sales team to achieved desired personal and organizational goals. We lay a big picture foundation at the start of the program to very early position the sales people for success.
We believe that one cannot change what they don’t know. That is why the program starts with Self Awareness and reviewing Selling and buying styles. It is followed by a 4 part Series delivered in a Workshop style showing Sales connection with Marketing and Customer Experience.
