Catherine Igathe, is a Leadership Coach, Speaker and Conference Moderator. She is the Managing Director of Ortus Solutions Group Ltd, A Leadership, Strategy and Governance Consulting firm.
Her transformational message and coaching style is deeply rooted in her two decades in C-suite leadership which brings diverse perspectives from her experience working in a Multinational environment, deep international networks and corporate board experience. She is a licensed Coach, Trainer and Speaker by John Maxwell Team.
She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, having done over 150 coaching hours. Her company, Ortus Solutions, provides a Signature Leadership Solution dubbed Ortus Leadership Safari, a Unique time phased, coaching approach program designed to provide participants with self-awareness, knowledge, tools and action plan towards their leadership growth. All Leadership Safari Solutions include a 1-on-1 Coaching Session to cement the learning and to create action around participants personal growth Area.
She has served clients all over Africa including Kenya, Uganda Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Africa and some countries in West Africa.
